Our philosophy. We see ourselves as consultants, and start by visiting with you on site to determine your individual needs. We help you decide what to sell and what to keep, helping you make the best decisions so that you will be happy you did the sale. You fit our services to match your needs. And, providing a stellar customer experience for you and each shopper is our passion.
Next steps. After our site visit, we provide you with four documents: an agreement, a marketing plan, a timeline, and estimated expenses for the sale. You hand us the keys and we do the rest.
Breadth of service. We offer two offices, one in Charlotte and the other in the Triad area. (We travel as needed!) We are backed by over 25 years of experience in all types of estate sales, tag sales, liquidations and more, and have conducted successful sales in the Carolinas and Virginia. Our Next Chapter team offers over 35 years of retail marketing experience cited for excellence with international awards, and our team has extensive customer service and retail management experience.

From downsizing to combining households to working through the unfortunate loss of loved ones, we make things easy by providing the support and expertise you need to achieve your goals for the sale. Getting started. As we mentioned earlier, our free consultation provides us with the information we need to give you an agreement, marketing plan, timeline and estimate of expenses for your sale. After you sign on, hand us the keys and we organize, display, evaluate pricing, and conduct the sale.
- Before the sale, our team applies its retail marketing experience to present a top-notch sale. We believe presentation is everything. That means beautifully displayed merchandise, individually priced with professional price tags, and no magic marker signs anywhere.
- During the sale, we want each customer to have fun, and feel we are ambassadors of our clients. Our easily recognizable customer service team loves answering questions and getting to know our customers as they shop.
- After the sale, we work with you to clear out what did not sale in a number of ways, again based on your needs. Also, we offer a Second Chances program and take selected items on consignment to help find a home for some great treasures. We provide options and help coordinate a successful conclusion.
