She also has experience in dealing with antique ephemera, antique and vintage holiday items to include Halloween and Christmas, mid century furnishings, vintage textiles, and many different types of antique and vintage kitchen ware particularly from the early 1930s-early 1960s. In a live auction setting, Stephanie is primary bid caller and is known for her rapid and sharp auctioneering. Her style of auctioneering has been likened to that of a tobacco auctioneer from yesteryear.
Andrew and Stephanie own one of North Carolina's largest vintage Pyrex, Fire King, and vintage kitchen glass collections to include Pyrex made for the European market in the mid century era. Their collection has been featured with national publication "Flea Market Decor" magazine on multiple occasions. They curate their collection regularly with their almost 10k social media following. Stephanie is consulted on a regular basis by vintage dealers and other auctioneers to identify glassware to include stamps, era, pattern, and manufacturer.
Youngest member of the family: Andrew and Stephanie's son is a budding collector. He has gotten the hang of some glass identification by shadowing his mother his entire life. He is a LEGO collector including vintage LEGOS and has a fondness for 1970s and 1980s pop culture, vintage comics, and vintage toys. He can often be found watching the Batman TV show from the 1960s featuring Adam West and Burgess Meredith. He is also a fan of watching the Andy Griffith Show, the original Star Wars movies, and many popular 1980s movies. He enjoys listening to Johnny Cash, Duane Eddy, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Elvis. He has been wandering antique stores, thrift stores, flea markets, estate sales, and auction houses with his parents since he was small.
