We go above and beyond with our customer service. Every customer's needs are unique to their situation. We will have a free consultation and visit with you about those specific needs. We clean and organize Estate belongings for sale, price and perform the sale or liquidate the belongings. We clean up after the sale(based on clients needs, again). Unwanted items will be removed as well and repairs may need to be done. Whatever the case, we will are there to help, to make life a bit less stressful for the family. We make both the clients and estate buyers happy, as to have a successful sale for all around.
We will take care and remove unsold belongings, that will be donated to the charity of your choice or removed from the property.
Our dedicated people can do an extensive cleanup after the sale, we can line up other services for you, such as replace carpet, paint, lawn service and/or tree removal, we are knowledgeable with handyman repairs as well, and our rates are extremely reasonable for our services. We are a family owned and operated company.
