Many of our liquidations can be done for free by simply trading our service for the house contents.

We have more options that others can't offer. We don't quit when the sale is done we get your items sold. Our staff is comprised of several highly experienced estate sale associates. You will always work with our most experienced staff from start to finish.

  1. We have a warehouse to sell your items for longer after your sale is completed or to run a sale outside of your residence. Now you don't have to be left with lots of valuable items that didn't get sold in 2 days.
  2. We can do an entire home clean-out, run an estate sale or take just a few items and sell it on consignement. 
  3. Our experienced staff members are the people with you from start to finish so you always have confidence with how your sale is staffed and handled and who is pricing and selling your items. You know who the people are that are in your home. 
  4. Our goal is to get everything we can sold or cleared out so you won't have to figure out what to do when your sale is over. 
  5. IMPORTANT - Many companies offer to clean out the remaining items after your sale or they have "their people" remove items. We believe this is a conflict of interest. We give you options to continue to make money on your items left if items are not sold. You should always feel like your estate sale is run by people who want the best success for your sale. If they are taking your left over items when the sale is over what incentive is there to get everything sold?
