There are so many reasons why our clients choose to have an estate sale, you might be downsizing, getting divorced, or dealing with the assets of a loved one who has passed. We understand the how much stress these situations can mean when it comes to going through a lifetimes worth of belongings. Our goal is to not only make you the most money from your estate sale as we possibly can, but also make these hard transitions as easy as possible for our clients.

We are industry professionals that know the value of everything from everyday items to antiques and are only paid when we make you money. Our clients are able to maximize their profits while minimizing their involvement in the tedious process of pricing and selling an entire homes contents. Our expertise within the world of estate sales means you will have more sales and less stress, which is often times priceless to our clientele. 


Inventory & Valuation

After we have completed our in-home consultation with you and agreed to the terms of your sale the first thing we do is start sorting and cleaning all of the assets in the estate. While we clean and sort the items we will assess all of the assets and create an inventory, estimate of profits and consult with you, our client, to determine if items deemed unsaleable or marginal will be disposed or donated to charity. 

Staging and Pricing

After we have sorted and cleaned, all items of value are tagged, priced, and staged. The homes assets are priced with large tags containing a inventory number, which helps reduce theft and provides us with an immediate sold inventory at the end of the day to present to the client. We determine our pricing based off of industry knowledge and current trends. After pricing, we professionally stage your items on surfaces throughout the home and white linen topped tables that we provide in order to maximize shoppers interest and allows optimum accessibility. 

Marketing and Selling

We pride ourselves on having the most beautiful sales and advertising to attract high-end clients to your estate sale. We will advertise the sale for several days beforehand using  multiple media sites including newspaper ads, and estate sale websites as well as sending out emails, social media notifications and delivering flyers to our large network of antique store owners, estate sale buyers and collector clients. Our sales are typically held over the course of two to three days normally on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, although depending on buyer interest and inventory size some sales may go up to four days. We will open the house on the days of the sale, with our sales professionals and assistants present to assist buyers and process all transactions in a timely manner. 

Clean Up and Payment

Once the sale has finished, all leftover merchandise is once again inventoried, at which point you can decide what to keep, dispose of, or donate to charity.  We work off of a percentage of the sales so the percentage agreed upon in the initial contract is deducted from the profits to pay for our services. The rest will be presented to you by check within the agreed amount of time.
