We set all items up in a professional manner, all items are priced based on today's market, experience and research. We offer a host of other services that go beyond just the sale.We can help to secure a lawyer, realtor and moving company. We offer total clean outs from basement to attic, household cleaning, painting, repair work, electrical, plumbing, dumpster service, donations.

How much do you charge?
We have a minimum fee of $950.00 or 25% which ever is greater.
Do you have a set up fee?
NO, we never charge a set up fee.
How much time to get the sale ready?
About a week but depending on the number of items it would take longer.
What do I have to do to prepare for the sale?
Can't wait to see you at our sale. Setup was 320.
Just tell us what you want to sell and what your keeping.
What happens to the items that don't sell?
They can go to a charity of your choice.
How do you let the public know about the sale?
Advertising in the news paper, photos of the items for sale but on estatesales.net, signs put up in the surrounding area the day of the sale.
