We do not require a minimum gross value as many companines do.

Our employees are all W2'ed (meaning there is not liability to the family when we are working in your home)

Our marketing efforts are above & beyond (all local papers, directional signs, our website,, gsalr, craigslist, door to door flyers, hundreds on our email list, we keep a log of items that customers are searching for)  Marketing is a key factor in making or breaking a sale, and the way that ads are written and photographs are taken DOES make a difference.  We take a lot of pride in our marketing efforts for each and every sale.

Our website was professionally designed and we have a marketing team that works with us to stay up to date on all of our marketing materials.

We also offer a cleaning service.  If the house is sold, we can send in a cleaning crew to clean the house for an additional fee to get it market ready!

Just a tid bit on our process:

We Sort, Clean, Value & Tag items for sale and run the sale for 1-4 days

Sorting the sale is very important!  The more organized the sale is, the more items we are able to sell.
Cleaning the items is helpful in increasing their value.
Determining the value of an item is critical to a successful sale for your family. We use software to look items up and we have an appraiser for specialty items such as antiques, artwork, fine china, crystal, gold & silver.
Advertising the sale is essential to the turnout and we have many avenues that we use to get the most people to the sale as possible!
Staffing the sale properly ensures a smoother sale for all involved.
After the sale the selling does not cease just because the general public sale is over. Our goal is to continue to sell through offers and online ads. At the same time, we work on preparing the non sellable items to go to donation and get the house empty!


Who are we??

Juliet Wenzler, owner and passionate estate sale/auction shopper.  Background in Interior Design, passion for antiques, furniture, lighting, textiles and the random smalls that catch my eye.  I do have a good eye for finer items and I am very particular about the way our sales are staged & priced. I have been running this business for 2 years and we continue to grow bigger & stronger. I live in Centerville, Ohio with my 15 year old daughter who amazes me every single day.

Jackie Rawers, joined our team in May of 2013.  There aren't enough words to describe her awesomeness!  She is a very dedicated, hard working individual.  She takes a lot of pride in what she does and you are fortunate to have her on your team.  She is the master organizer, lifter and goofball! 

Billie Karr joined our team in October of 2013. She is sweet, she is kind and she is a very hard worker and the mother of 3, including a sweet little baby girl.  Billie does a lot of our pricing and helps keep the sales running smoothly.


Joe Jarusiewic joined our team in September of 2015.  He assists in the debris removal & organizing phase of our set ups.  He is a HUGE help and a hard worker.

Annette LaCivita joined our team in December of 2015.  She is the customer service, office support, personal assist, organizer of papers, emails and phone calls QUEEN!  We are so happy to have her on board to make sure the back bone of the business stay strong.

Joe Wenzler, aka my dad, is a HUGE help to us.  He truly is the tool and misc garage junk master!  He knows his stuff!  He doesn't work a lot of hours, but when he does, he packs a punch and get the garage pricing DONE!
