We take marketing and advertising to the next level to ensure a busy sale, whether on site, or online. Marketing is a key factor in making or breaking a sale, and the way that ads are written and photographs are taken DOES make a difference.  We take a lot of pride in our marketing efforts for each and every sale.

Our website was professionally designed and we have a marketing team that works with us to stay up to date on all of our marketing materials.

We also offer a cleaning service.  If the house is sold, we can send in a cleaning crew to clean the house for an additional fee to get it market ready!

We first determine if your sale will be best served as an on site tag sale, or if an online auction is best for your needs.

We Sort, Clean, Value & Tag items for sale in a traditional tag sale.
Sorting the sale is very important!  The more organized the sale is, the more items we are able to sell.
Cleaning the items is helpful in increasing their value.
Determining the value of an item is critical to a successful sale for your family. We use software to look items up and we have an appraiser for specialty items such as antiques, artwork, fine china, crystal, gold & silver.
Advertising the sale is essential to the turnout and we have many avenues that we use to get the most people to the sale as possible!
Staffing the sale properly ensures a smoother sale for all involved.
After the sale the selling does not cease just because the general public sale is over. Our goal is to continue to sell through offers and online ads. At the same time, we work on preparing the non sellable items to go to donation and get the house empty!


In an online auction, the process is similar, but instead of running the sale on site, we host a preview and run the sale online on


Who are we??

Juliet Wenzler, owner and passionate estate sale/auction shopper.  Background in Interior Design, passion for antiques, furniture, lighting, textiles and the random smalls that catch my eye.  I do have a good eye for finer items and I am very particular about the way our sales are staged & priced. I have been running this business for 2 years and we continue to grow bigger & stronger. I live in Centerville, Ohio with my 18 year old daughter who is off to college in the Fall of 2017. Go Bucks!

Teresa Knisley joined us late summer 2016. She is an avid estate sale/craigslist/flea market shopper. She will claim not to be a DIY'er...but she is!  She is an Amazing organizer and stager. She handles everything from set up to tear down.

Steve Williams the sports memorabilia & baseball card aficionado! Steve came to us while shopping one of our sales. It turns out timing really is everything!  Little did Steve know when he offered to help us out if we ever needed help, that this recently retired, would be hustling baseball cards and writing descriptions for our online auctions!  Steve knows his stuff and has been not only a huge help to us, but has brought a lot of knowledge to the team.

Joe Wenzler, aka my dad, is a HUGE help to us.  He truly is the tool and misc garage junk master!  He knows his stuff!  He doesn't work a lot of hours, but when he does, he packs a punch and get the garage pricing DONE!
