Most Popular Package:
All inclusive, we handle it all from start to finish!
Staging, pricing, set-up, research and appraisal of items, marketing and advertising the sale, hosting a 2-3 day sale and final clean-up/haul off of remaining items. Cost: Commission only, average commission is 30-35% of sale proceeds with no minimums or upfront fee's.

Behind the scenes package:
With this package we help you with all the behind the scenes work , pricing & staging, assistance in placing ads. The main difference with this package is management & working the actual sales day is up to you and expense of advertising is covered by client. Cost: 25% of sale proceeds
Off Site Estate Sales:
Sometimes it is just not feasible or desired by the client to host the estate sale on their own premises, in cases such as these we can move your items off-site to a commercial building we lease and hold an off site estate sale. In this situation there is more labor and expenses on our end and the average cost is 40-50% commission of sale proceeds.
