Fees: Our fee (35-40% plus advertising and trash removal fees) depending on how much work there is to do and how much help is available.
Silent Bids: Will be accepted on hard-to-move items.
50% Day: Saturday, most, but not all, items will be marked down 50% or more.
Trash removal: Seller will be required to provide adequate trash receptacles, including a dumpster if that is necessary.
Insurance: Seller must retain liability insurance on the property until the conclusion of the sale.
Contract: Once the contract is signed, all items must remain on the property for sale unless previously agreed upon. Seller can purchase items but must give dealer their percentage.
Auction: We will entertain bids for expensive items and the remainder of the contents.
Security and movers will be furnished if it is deemed necessary.
Payment: We accept credit card purchases as well as cash and checks with proper I.D.
References: Are available upon request; otherwise, we will respect the privacy of former sellers.
Cleanup: We will clean out all household items and trash if desired. We can provide complete house cleanup after the sale for an additional fee. If remainder of estate is donated to a charity, a donation receipt can be provided to the sellers.
