We do all the work for you. All you have to decide is what you want to keep.
We unpack, sort, clean,stage, and professionally display all available tangible merchandise. That includes sorting through boxes, dressers, closets, crawl spaces, attics, basements, and garages.
Presentation of the items is everything. Merchandise is displayed everywhere so that it hits customer's focal points. The goal in mind is to secure the highest value possible.
We provide all of the necessary and appropriate equipment for the sale including tables, display cases, apparel racks, pricing and signage. All items are researched and priced.
YOUR SALE IS ADVERTISED AS YOU CHOOSE. ADVERTISING OPTIONS INCLUDE INTERNET, PRINT, AND DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE.

Relocation Sales are simply an estate sale that you'd like to have and your location, such as a retirement village, high rise, or gated community, won't permit it.
We offer packing, trucking and alternate locations to have your sale.
During our estate sales we offer free appraisals of one free item per customer. Appraisal appointments are charged.
No minimums or maximums, buy outs can mean one item or an entire household. If it is something small simply bring it to one of our upcoming sales or schedule an appointment for us to meet with you. We buy anything and everything.
While it is our person mission to sell everything during the sale, there are times when there are items left over. If desired we can also handle the removal of these items leaving the property vacant of any items, preparing the property for resell. The rooms are then left vacuumed and broom swept clean. Items are then donated in your name to our favorite local charities. A tax deductible receipt is then issued to you.
