Hawkeye Estate Sale’s is a locally owned business. We take pride in our entrepreneurship at a local level. Our goal is to support our vibrant and compact communities in Rockwall/Heath and NE Dallas. We began in 1998, not by choice but out of necessity. Steve's parents had to sell their home and move closer to us for care.
Hawkeye Estate Sales ultimate goal is to sell 90 to 95% of all sellable items in every sale that we organize and conduct. We work on commission, receiving a percentage of the final sales. If some valuables are not within our expertise, we use expert appraisers and auctioneers that are licensed by The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Together we appraise and sell fine jewelry, antiques, unusual furniture, collectables, china, glassware, farm equipment, machinery and even cars, at the highest price available. Any leftover Estate Sale items are donated to The American Lung Association for their local fund raisers (or organization of your choice). Our goal is to leave the house cleaned out totally.
