We advertise every sale on websites such as estatesales.net, our own website, our Facebook page and to our e-mail database. We also advertise in the local newspaper and the American Classifieds and other various places depending on your particular type of sale.
We are quickly becoming affiliated with many local realtors which can aid in the quick selling of your home! We are more than happy to set out flyers, etc. Sale days are an awesome opportunity for an "OPEN HOUSE" to potential Home buyers.
We do ALL the advertising, organizing, set up, pricing, etc. We conduct and clean up your estate sale, so you can just sit back and relax.
We put a lot of research into your items to be priced. We also have experienced personnel come in to assist in pricing to make sure you get the best price for your items.
If you have particularly valuable items we will gladly provide extra staff to help with security on sale days.
Absolutely no upfront fees...We aren't paid our percentage until the conclusion of your sale (out of the proceeds) NEVER use an Estate Sale Company that asks for an upfront deposit or fees of any kind.
We know that some of you are re-sellers and try to take that into consideration as we are making "bundle deals" with you. You must keep in mind that the items we are selling are the homeowners worldly possessions. We want to give you the best deal we can while also making the most for the client.
We do NOT have a re-sale/consignment shop, or take leftover items to re-sell at the end of the sale. There are some companies who "donate" unsold items to their own consignment store. We would rather sell the items during our sale in order to get that weight lifted off of homeowners shoulders immediately, so THEY can move on, and WE can move on to our next Estate Sale.
We do go down on prices each day of the sale as discussed with the client.
We appreciate those of you who understand our pricing methods.
If you chose to donate unsold items to a charity we will handle that for you and give you the tax donation form.
