Precious Memories Estate sale
Supply- all equipment and personnel necessary to conduct sale, setup tables, clothes racks, sign etc.
Empty- Closets, cabinets, dresser, storage areas, remove items from attic, garage, shed and basement. Organize all items into their categories.
Set Up- Display area, price tag item, and provide ease of traffic and safety throughout the property.
Advertise- and promote your sale on the internet sites, newspaper classified. Place brightly colored signs to direct traffic in your area.

Sale- are managed and secured by our staff. we accept cash, credit and debit.
Post- sale- we offer a clean out service. Detailed receipts and report are provided. We charge 35% our fees and are deducted and the balance is paid to our client 5 day after the sale.
We provide a complete clean-out after the estate sale your home is clean with vacuum and mopped can be 48 hour or less or the day of the clean-out. we offer 3-4 hours tag sale on clean-out day. This can help pay for the clean-out.
