Southern Charm Estate Sales is new to the Tidewater area but not new to the business. Southern Charm was originally started in 2014 in Mt Pleasant, SC serving the Charleston and Berkeley Counties. After moving back to our home in Virginia I missed helping others get rid of their stuff. I conduct all types of estate sales from antiques and vintage, to general items from the garage to the attic. If you need to purge or liquidate, you’ve come to the right place. Whether you are moving, downsizing, redecorating, inheriting an estate, needing help with a Senior transition, or closing a business, Southern Charm is here for you.
What makes Southern Charm stand out is our desire to conduct a sale that is organized, attractive, clean, and priced according to experience in the marketplace and research. Everything is priced! We sell Everything!(unless it is illegal). I take lots of pictures to include individuals of furniture, appliances, antique and vintage, china and crystal sets, jewelry, unusual items, garage items, electronics, linens, kitchen items, household, money, guns, cars, collectibles and collections, etc. I then take group shots. My pictures reflect my detailed listing. I try to appeal to every type and age of customer in my ad - the homeowner, collector, reseller, restorer, etc. I advertise in the local paper, social media, online, by email and of course Estatesales.net. On the day of the sale, signs are strategically placed at major intersections and along the route directing buyers to the home or business. My signs read “Estate Sales by Southern Charm”. Most sales are 2 day sales. After the sale we can do a total cleanout or just recommend local charities.
It is my goal to create a pleasant experience for liquidating your goods and making the result successful for you as my client, and me the seller. Call for a complimentary consultation today! Renee’ Wright, Owner
