Each estate that Royal Integrity Estate handles is personal to us as we know it is personal to our clients. We work closely with the family to assure a timely and profitable endeavor for all involved. Our family has been involved in estate sales for 3 years starting with our own experience from observing other estate companies. What we do differently is we approach every sale in a professional manner, yet still strive to make our sales inviting and fun for those who attend and those that observe. We are a commission base company only, we do not believe in minimum nor do we have a retaining fee. How we strive as a company is word of mouth, our core values as a company is what makes us stand out from others. Our reputation is pristine and we strive to maintain that reputation as well as the trust placed in our hands by our clients we serve. We serve the family, it is our business. We strive to serve all of Western Washington. As a Veteran of the United State Marine Corp, I challenged myself to serve our surrounding communities.

Mark and Trina are awesome! My family contacted them because my parents had moved out of their home to go to an assisted living facility and we needed to sell their house. Royal Integrity Estate just finished with my estate sale and I give them my highest recommendation. I took phone calls from about 20 firms, and met with 5. From the beginning Mark and Trina were focused on making this a positive and pain free experience for me. They showed up early for the initial tour, both were dressed professionally, and both listened to my story and were reassuring about being able to help me. The key was they wanted to help me, not just make money off of my stuff. After hiring them, they proved to be very flexible and willing to work with me to help determine values. Mark and Trina had great knowledge and had done there research on pricing and only had a few questions of clarification on items. Nearly all of the items were priced and effectively displayed for sale. The pictures that Mark posted online brought in a large number of buyers and even a line up at the door on day 1. The 3 day sale was fully staffed, and they worked with the neighbors to make sure there were no issues with parking, etc. The sale itself exceeded expectations and brought in more than Mark estimated. But even more amazing was the clean out at the end. Mark and team accomplished the task in two days. I did a quick vacuum, wiped the counter tops, and had the house on the market in a day. There were no surprises at the end as we did our final settlement. Mark and Trina are a great team and I strongly recommend anyone give them a chance to help you with your estate sale needs.M. Mark and Trina did a fantastic job with my father house. I met with them about a month before the estate sale where we each laid out and clearly understood our own requirements for the sale and follow-on clean out. I was out of the country when we did the sale and the clean out but Mark kept me up to date by text and phone calls and all feedback from my realtor and neighbors to include cleanup at the end was that everything was well done. I have complete trust in them and recommend everyone else have the same.
The sale this weekend in Gig Harbor was extremely well done. Mark clearly learned some valuable lessons in the Marine Corps, among which are honesty, integrity, and organization.
