Welcome and thank you for returning for Phase 2 of this wonderful sale. We sold a lot of furniture and larger pieces over the last few weeks....but barely scratched the surface of smaller items yet in this full house. We've switched to the online Marketplace sale format to get this house clean. Firm prices first day, 25% off second day, 50% off third day. (NOTE: some art pieces and the gold jewelry will not go to half price)

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

All items are LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. We will not ship items. Pickup dates are Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31st. All purchased items must be removed on designated pickup days. If these dates don't work for you, please do not purchase. Please arrive with packing materials/boxes for fragile items and plenty of help to remove larger items and furniture. We are not able to assist with moving and loading your purchases.

Pickup times will be by appointment. PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. We are scheduling appointments to maintain crowd control and to adhere to contactless pickup and social distancing requirements. You MUST WEAR A MASK and will not be admitted to the house without one. If possible, we will allow you to enter if there are no more than 5 people in the house.
