For this 4 day sale, prices firm first 2 days, 25% off third day, 50% off fourth day. (NOTE: the gold jewelry will not go to 50% off). All items are LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. Pickup dates are FRIDAY, JUNE 26th, and SATURDAY, JUNE 27th. All purchased items must be removed on designated pickup days. You will receive an email with pickup instructions within 24 hours of your purchase.

Please arrive with your order number and pickup code, sent to you by email from estate sales.net, to claim your item. Bring help to remove larger items and furniture. We are not able to assist with moving and loading your purchases. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to thoroughly research items, provide detailed descriptions and pictures so you know exactly what you're getting. We will allow onsite shopping during the pickup days by appointment only, adhering to state guidelines of 10 or less people in the house at a time. There are some additional items in the house not pictured. This is a townhome community, PARKING IS LIMITED and we must abide by their HOA regulations. PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME ONLY to help us with social distancing requirements. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK to enter the house and will not be admitted without one.
