As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final with no warranties. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

PICK UP: All purchases are to be picked up at the designated time on Saturday, Aug. 8th. We will email you a designated pick up time. If you can't possibly make it in your designated time, contact us for alternate time. Pick up location is in Lake Arrowhead. The exact address of the pick up location will be emailed to you after the sale closes.

At the close of the sale the credit card you provided at registration will be charged the purchase price plus 6% sales tax. If you are a reseller and have a tax exempt number, please contact us prior to making a purchase so we can include it in your information.

SHIPPING: Purchases that cannot be picked up in person can be shipped at the purchaser's request. Once payment in full is received, we will arrange for shipping through USPS or UPS. Buyers will be responsible for all charges for packaging, shipping and insurance. Please contact Clark Auction Co. prior to bidding to discuss shipping details.
