We will need SEVERAL 4 Day Online Sales to properly liquidate this huge estate. PICK-UP WILL BE IN GAITHERSBURG, MD - the SUNDAY FOLLOWING THE END OF EACH ROUND.
We will send out e-mails for pick-up time slots on or before the CLOSING SATURDAY OF EACH ROUND FOR SUNDAY PICK-UP. There is limited parking so time slots for some pick-ups will be necessary - please be prepared to "load & go" in order for the next customer to access the driveway.
PRINT & BRING your final e-mail which includes your "PICK-UP CODES".
Be sure to bring labor for furniture pick-ups as well as packing blankets, rope, ect - you must wear a mask per Maryland restrictions.
ATTENTION PICKER SALE FANS! Each pick-up day will also have a "picker sale"' going on in the garage, shed, and maybe a few rooms of the house but we ask everyone to load your online purchases fast and then if you want to shop the picker sale please drive down a few houses, park on the wide side street, then come back and spend some time shopping. You can obviously start by parking down the street, shop the picker sale, then drive up quick to load your online AND onsite purchases. Either way, driveway parking will be limited to just a couple minutes so there will be no time to do pick-ups and then "have a quick look around", we will ask you to move for the next pick-up. Thanks for your understanding.
