Quality twin bed with two pull out storage drawers. Looks like it was sold by Ikea, Pottery Barn or some similar company. Appx 41 x 77”. 23.5” tall.
Lush Deco quilt with one pillow cover. 68 x 86”. 100% cotton. Fine condition. Ortho Posture Mattress in almost new condition
This bed will have to be taken apart to remove it from the house. Bring a screw driver and allen wrench set. This item is from a smoke/pet free vacation home and was only used seasonally. Pick-up is Dec 6th between 11-1. That is the only time available. Please only purchase the item if you can pick-up during those hours.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. If you fail to pick up your item at the time agreed upon ,and have not arranged for delivery, we will have to consider the piece abandoned and no refunds will be provided since the opportunity to sell the item to another customer will have passed and the house needs to be cleaned out. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Please pay your invoice with credit card and bring the confirmation number with you when you pick up the item. The number is required for us to release the item (this is how we get paid from the credit card company).
For items that are stored at the Orleans location, Storage Fees are: 5 days free and then $25 per week after. If the item is not picked up within 60 days, it is considered abandoned and will be disposed of in a manner of our choosing.
Delivery services are also available through a third party. Please contact us with your name and address for delivery fees and somebody will get back to you by email.
