All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty.
The sale is complete upon payment when invoicve is issued. We reserve the right to cancel and sale, go to the second bidder or relist any items when the card on file is declined.
Cash, credit card or wire transfers are accepted. No checks.
No loading help available for local pick up.
Sales tax is collected on all purchases unless a resale certificate is on file PRIOR to the sale.
PICK UP / SHIPPING
Orders may be picked up in Escondido by appointment at the end of the sale, or 24 hours after purchase.

We ship to all 50 states and internationally. We ship by the most cost-effective method. We charge a $5.00 packing fee per box and actual shipping costs.



PAYMENT TERMS

We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Cashier's Check and Bank Wire as payment.
Any purchase over $2,500 must be cash or wire transfer
Payment is due when invoice is issued.
VEHICLES
Tax, License and a Document fee of $95.00 is added to all vehicle purchases.
All vehicles are cash or bank wire only
We can help with transport of any vehicle, but the expense is the responsibility of the buyer.

A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added all purchases.
