Your bid indicates an agreement to pick-up your item(s) on one of our scheduled pick-up days (tentatively set as Wednesday, 12/08/21 beginning at 2:00 pm and Saturday, 12/11/21 at 9:30 am). Your appointment for pick-up must be scheduled via Market Place—sign-up available through the signupgenius.com link at the bottom of your “Ready for Pick-up” Notice (you will receive this via e-mail after auction ends).

Please be aware that you will be responsible for moving any and all furniture you purchase. Our staff is unable to help with the moving process, so if you purchase something large, you will need to bring the appropriate help with you. Pickup for larger furniture items MUST BE SCHEDULED for the last pick-up date provided. If you schedule and show up for a furniture pickup for our first pick-up day, you will be asked to schedule another appointment for the later day. We recommend that you bring boxes/packing materials (for fragile items). Photos will show that most items come with their presentation boxes. Failure to pick-up an item does NOT result in a refund. It will, however, result in the item being returned to our client for a disposal method of their choice.

We follow CDC guidelines for Covid-19 - at this time it will be necessary for you to wear a mask to pick up your merchandise, as well as observe social distancing guidelines.
