As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Buyer agrees to all shipping cost and 15% buyers fee that has been added to the starting bid.

There will be 1-2 pick-up days. Friday, August 19th and Saturday, August 20th between 3 & 4p.m. All names will be needed to provide to the security company at the gate. A valid drivers license will be required to enter through security.
