We accept cash, checks with local ID and credit/debit cards. A 3% convenience fee is charged on all card transactions. Items are sold as is - please inspect prior to purchase. No refunds or exchanges. Items need to be removed by 2pm on the last day of the sale. Staff is not permitted to move large pieces of furniture, so bring your own moving help..The driveway is for pick up only; and neighbors will appreciate your consideration when parking. Doors open a 10am, numbers at 9:30am.
