Cash only. We are not responsible for accidents. As usual, we ask you bring packing materials for small fragile items. We sell items as is; no returns or warranty. We will take emails for entry numbers beginning at 7pm on Thursday the 26th - no early emails will be accepted. We will send replies with your entry number a bit later than normal that night due to an evening commitment - so look for the reply about 10 pm.
 Description & Details

We begin working in this great home on the 23rd and will post pictures and details right away. The house is filed with great selections from Northwest School art, books, kitchen accessories, china, furniture, silver plate, sterling jewelry, sterling flatware set for twelve by Frank Smith Silver Co, from 1902, twin bed set, an upright piano and everything one would expect to find a well lived in home. Artists include Joseph Goldberg, Helmi Juvonen, Walter Issacs, Billy King, Charles Kraft, Windsor Utley, and Larry Gray. Parking may be a challenge - please observe cones put out by the elementary school...
