Children are admitted with CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION; however, thieves and ill-tempered people are not!

This is an estate sale. Many hours have been spent preparing the items and the house for a sale. Screaming for a discount and complaining about prices as you walk in the door will probably not get you what you want.
