! This lovely lady had an eye for beautiful things!  Everything is in great condition and can be a gift for the collector in your life, or for yourself! 

First, the not so fun stuff --

• This is a two-story house.  You must be able to navigate stairs to attend. 
• We are not responsible for accident or injury.  Please use your head while on the premises. 
• There is plenty of parking on the street.  However, we will not open the sale until everyone is parked responsibly.  Do not park on anyone's grass or block their driveways or mailboxes.  Residents must be able to drive down the street.  
• If you buy a planter, take the dirt with you.  Do NOT dump dirt on the lawn. Plants that are growing out of the ground are NOT for sale.  Don't dig them up or clip them.  (Yes, I actually have to say that.)
• You are responsible for moving and loading the items you purchase.  
• Do not shop for items in the yard before the sale starts.  
• We do NOT allow pre-sales, nor do we quote prices before the sale begins. 
• You are on camera. 
• We will not discount any items on Thursday or Friday.  No exceptions.  There will be a 25% discount on Saturday and a 50% discount on Sunday. 
• Leave it like you found it.
• Be nice, and have fun!
