SAF Estate Sales is a family owned and operated estate sale company. Our knowledgeable staff is here to liquidate personal property - whether for estate purposes, a downsize or a move. Our interests are with helping families by relieving some of the stress when negotiating difficult life transitions. Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs.
SAF Estate Sales is located in Fairhope, AL and serves the Mobile and Baldwin County areas - including Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, Bay Minette, Summerdale, Foley, Bon Secour, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Elberta, Lillian, Mobile and more. We provide on site estate sales (also known as tag sales) at competitive rates. Our staff have been residents of the Eastern Shore for 30 years and are familiar with the area market.

SAF is trusted by: the Probate Court of Baldwin County to preform inventories for estate purposes; major bank trustees and County Conservator for property valuation and liquidation; area attorneys for estate liquidation; executors and personal representatives for estate liquidation and division; and, individuals wishing to downsize or move. Cleaning and polishing items for sale.
Advertising - on line, newspaper publications, website, email to client base, craigslist, social media, etc.
Sign placement.
Research, pricing and/or appraisal.
Receiving payment in form of credit card, cash, or check.
Emptying and cleaning site at end of sale upon request.
All services performed are paid for by a flat commission from sale with no out of pocket costs to client.
