Fabulous Estate Sale at Historic Japonica Path

The sale will be from 10 AM till 4 PM on Saturday and 1 PM till 4 PM on Sunday. Numbers will be posted on the front door for you to get and reserve your place, but be sure to be back at the sale at least 10 minutes prior to the opening time in order to line up for entry to the home. Do not cross the taped boundaries before the opening or you will be asked to leave. Full Price from 10 AM - 12:30 PM, 25% off after 1:00 PM and half price of the original sticker on Sunday. Bids are accepted the first day on items priced $100.00 or more. Bids must be at least 51% of the asking price and the winning bidder will be called at the end of the first day by 7:00PM. Please bring your own packing boxes. We accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa. ALL CHECKS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Driver's License number, home, cell & work number. There will be a $40.00 fee for all returned checks and returned checks will have 5 days to make them good or they are turned over to the Bad Check Division, State of Alabama.
