Unique 1 Day Sale in Historic Marion Alabama

This is a ONE day sale. The sale will be from 10 AM till the last person leaves on Saturday. Numbers will be put on the front door at 8PM the night before the sale. Do not cross the taped boundaries or you will be asked to leave. Sales Tax will be added to all sales. Full Price from 10 AM - 1 PM, closed 1 till 1:30 for lunch, 50% off after 1:30 PM on Saturday. Written offers are accepted on items priced $100.00 or more. The written offer must be at least 60% of the asking price and the person with the highest offer will be contacted at 1 PM that Saturday. Please bring your own packing boxes and materials. We accept cash, checks, venmo and major credit cards. ALL CHECKS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Driver's License number, home, cell & work number. There will be a $40.00 fee for all returned checks and the buyer will have 5 days to make them good or they are turned over to the Bad Check Division of the State of Alabama. There are NO EARLY SALES OR PREVIEWS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are NOT responsible for accidents NOR is the home owner. BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD. WE DO NOT DELIVER.
