The sale will be from 10 AM till 4 PM on Saturday and 1 PM till 4 PM on Sunday. Numbers will be posted on the front door at 8:00 pm the night before the sale. Do not cross the taped boundaries or you will be asked to leave. Sales Tax will be added to all sales. Full Price from 10 AM - 12:30 PM, closed 12:30 PM till 1 PM for lunch, 25% off after 1 PM on Saturday and half price of the original sticker on Sunday. Written offers are accepted the first day on items priced $100.00 or more. The written offer must be at least 60% of the asking price and the person with the highest offer will be called at the end of the first day by 7:00 PM. Please bring your own packing boxes and materials. We accept cash, checks, venmo and major credit cards. ALL CHECKS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Driver's License number, home, cell & work number. There will be a $40.00 fee for all returned checks and the buyer will have 5 days to make them good or they are turned over to the Bad Check Division of the State of Alabama. There are NO EARLY SALES OR PREVIEWS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are NOT responsible for accidents NOR is the home owner. BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD. WE DO NOT DELIVER. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE unless arrangements have been made with either Gary or Catherine.
