All items sold as-is and where is on the property. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties.
Make your own arrangements for lifting, and handling of your purchased items. Homeowner and Phyllis Bennett Estate Sales are not responsible for any accidents inside or outside of the property. Be responsible when you park your vehicle, park on street only as not to damage water sprinklers.
We reserve the right to limit occupancy of the household at any time if necessary
