All items are sold as-is and where-is on the property. There are no returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties.
Make your own arrangements for the lifting and handling of your purchased items. Homeowners nor Phyllis Bennett Estate Sales are responsible for any accidents inside or outside the property. Be responsible when you park your vehicle, park on the street only so, as not to damage water sprinklers, Do not block mailboxes or driveways.

The New Year is here. We have gotten through a snowstorm and are starting with this massive sale in Hot Springs. Lots and lots of items in this beautiful home. We will have a 25 ft.RV on sight that will be coming up for sale. The owner will be present at this sale to show the RV and to work with customers on the musical and sound system equipment.
Everybody Park on the right side of the street.
Price days: Thursday: Full price, Friday: 25% off, Saturday: 9 until 1 pm will be 50% - 1:05 pm until 4pm will be 75% off ( on most items)
unless there is a reserve.
