Be responsible when you park your vehicle; park on the street only to avoid damaging water sprinklers. Do not block mailboxes or driveways.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY BY CLOSE OF THE LAST SALE DAY IN A SAFE MANNER, AS NOT TO DAMAGE PROPERTY, by 4pm sharp.
