All lots are Sold as is. No Refunds or Exchanges.
No items may be removed or shipped until paid for in full (including any shipping costs). Any Items Not Paid for within 3 days from the Close of the Auction Shall be Forfeited by the Buyer and will no longer be considered their property. However, the bidder will still be responsible for the hammer price of the items that were bid on plus the buyers premium.
Once the 3 day deadline for payment has come and gone auction items are subject to be, re-sold, donated, or thrown away. Bidder will then be blocked from all future auctions for interfering with the Auction Sale. Bidder can be unblocked only when they have paid the hammer price and the buyers premium that they agreed to pay in order to register for the auction. However, even if a bidder pays the hammer price and buyers premium on a "forfeit item" nothing will be shipped to that bidder and they will not be able to pick up the forfeit items. Forfeit Items are No Longer Buyers Property.
Brothers Ink holds the right to change and update the rules of our auctions as needed.
Auctions are a great way for buyers to get great items at great prices. Auctions are also pretty fun to participate in. Brothers Ink wants our bidders to have fun with their auctions. We want you to get great deals. Items, in many cases that you simply can't get any other way. We want you to enjoy the entire auction process and we want you to enjoy your won items. These rules are simply set up to protect all parties from misunderstandings and abuse of the system. If you are ever in doubt of the items in an auction, please do not bid. We will not refund, after you have won a bid, it's final.

This auction is focused on comics Pre-Code, as well as some nifty keys and number 1's.
The Comics Code Authority (CCA) was formed in 1954 by the Comics Magazine Association of America as an alternative to government regulation. Because of this code, a lot of comics that didn't follow the code ended their runs and a few comic publishers closed altogether. These included Horror comics, violent content comics, Crime Comics, War comics, Science Fiction, Fantasy and more.
MANY 1ST ISSUES AND KEYS SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE AUCTION!
There is a group of comics here from Golden Age, Silver Age and the Bronze Age to represent some of the more extreme comics. Because of this we do present some hard to find comics in fair to poor shape as they are scarce.
If we feel the item is graded between 7-9 it will get a HIGH GRADE in the description.
If we feel the item is graded between 4-6 it will not get anything in the title or description, we feel it is of average or Mid grade.
If we feel the item is graded between 1-3 it will get a LOW GRADE in the description.

(A Moment about LOW GRADE - when we post a comic as this, Brothers Ink believes these comics to be of a low grade, but we are not professional comic graders, so please examine pictures closely to make your own determination. The comic may be torn, missing pieces or pages, may be water damaged, or just really really old. But in any case, WE HAVE PUT THE DAMAGED COMIC IN NEW PLASTIC AND MAYBE ADDED A BACKER BOARD TO TRY AND PROTECT IT FROM ANY DAMAGE IN THE FUTURE. The comic is included in the auction simply because we feel it to be of some value, either as a low cost filler for someones collection or because the comic is rare and hard to find at any grade.)
