Packed house full of vintage Mid Century and Danish Modern furniture art and other collectibles. Including a large 4 bay Poul Cadovius teak wall unit (comes with 3 more wall mounts and enough shelves to add 2 more bays). There is a pair of beautiful Michael Arnoult Rosewood leather sling arm chairs (one chair has a repair to the leather and will be priced significantly less), there's also a beautiful 6 chair teak Benny Linden dining table with 2 leaves and the Erik Buch style chairs in excellent condition. There's also a teak Danish coffee table made by Magnus Olesen. There is also a chrome and glass end table, a Danish Teak Kai Kristiansen 3 table nesting set, there's a nice leather Plycraft Eames style lounge chair with ottoman, 2 Danish Teak TV trays, very cool chrome Sonneman or Arteluce style floor lamp, beautiful pottery, candle holders and sculptures, abstract oil painting by Peter Dunn, several op art and pop art signed and numbered framed prints, avery cool framed original Salvador Dali print on archival paper, framed Mariano Marini print and a Pablo Picasso Don Quixote 1955 signed water color on fiber paper (we believe this to be authentic from close observation with a magnifying glass where you can see the ink running and droplets along the edges of the lines and no pixels. Also variations in the color from dark to lighter and the ink does seem to be raised ever so slightly in some areas and soaked into the paper in other areas. We will try to research more on this piece before the sale to understand better if this was done by Picasso himself or by one of his students). We will price the Picasso accordingly. On the dining table you roll find Mid Century table linens and other tabletop items, and a very cool oversized wooden chess set with large wood carved chess pieces. Another room full of late 70's early 80's Boho furniture including a beautiful rattan set that includes a 3 seat sofa and pair of club chairs with ottoman, a white wicker barcart, a large pink vase, Kachina collection, southwestern framed prints, a southwestern ladder, a beautiful southwestern rustic armoire and a bunch of very nice Christmas Decor including some Shiny Brite and other vintage Ornaments. Many regular household items including dishes, Cookware, flatware, appliances and table linens. Electronics including 2 small flat screen tv's on swing arm mounts with remote controls, Bose Cinemate speaker system, audio video receiver,  dual cassette player receiver, small portable cassette stereo with speakers, a pair of vintage speakers, dvd & blu ray players, tons of cables, cords, surge protectors surveillance video camera equiptment and other small electronic items. Vintage records, cassettes, cd's. VHS movies and DVD's and blank media. Office full of office type items, cameras and camera equipment including a nice Leica table top tripod stand. There is also a high end Olympus Tokyo microscope in wooden locking case and many other items too much to list. Room full of model ships and cars vintage posters and the audio equiptment mentioned earlier. There is another room with more antique vintage type items including some antique books and some of the medium size women's clothing. There is a garage packed full of tools, tool boxes, tool cabinets, huge compressor with retracting hose, some precision tools and practically any type of hardware piece you may need, too much to list. Some patio items including a bunch of outdoor gardening tools, planters with mature cacti plants,  Honda lawn mower, Salterini style patio table and a couple of nice patio chairs, golf clubs pet items plus more. In the master bedroom you will find a teak queen size platform bed with floating nightstands, a pair of Marshall Studios Jane and Gordon Martz table lamps large rectangular teak Jesper wall mirror that we removed from the original 70's box and packaging so we would consider it as new old stock, a gorgeous floating 8 drawer teak Danish dresser and nice small teak 3 drawer chest, another Poul Cadovius 3 teak shelf wall unit (only had the suspension brackets for one of the shelves), vintage linens and towels, tons of clothing including vintage Men's large and extra large and some women's medium and large. Men's and women's shoes and boots and WWII Navy clothing size 40 regular. Many pieces of small Accessories, patches, jewelery and other small valuable collectible items. Lots of vintage and unique collectible books and magazines in most of the rooms. 1974 Suzuki 250 motorcycle with clean title (runs good small leak to carburetor. This will be a 3 day sale and we might possibly have a 4th Day with a 75% discount depending on if we have enough items left over. If we decide to have a 4th Day blow out sale then we'll announce it in our ad the day before on Saturday the 7th.
