Atomic Estate Sales started business in April of 2022 after 17 years of experience and knowledge with estate sales. We specialize in Mid Century, Vintage and Retro Furniture, Lighting, Art and Collectibles but also so much more! In addition to traditional in person Estate Sales, we also offer to buy from those who cannot have a traditional sale in the home due to home owner association rules, not enough items for an estate sale or many other factors. We buy anything from one or two items to a handful of items or even an entire small estate. We offer competitive and forthright commission fees, we work very hard to represent our company in a professional manner and we work very hard to represent the sales we host in a very clean, staged and presentable manner. I only had 11 days to liquidate my sister’s 3 bedroom fully furnished house. Jess & Chris came in, organized, staged and priced every item. I first met Jess and Kris a couple years ago when they bought some mid century furniture from me and my neighbor. Later they did an estate sale for my 93 year old friend. They are very respectful of peoples belongings. They research things to get the best price possible. Jess is excellent at staging. Kris and Jess are both knowledgeable about many things from furniture to tools and everything in between. I highly recommend them.

Jessicaand Chris handled the estate sale for my mom's house, when we moved her into a small independent living apartment. They managed to sell everything and even gave us an itemized, day by day, accounting of every sale. They are 100 pct trustworthy, which under the circumstances, with no over. I am not sure everyone would be. I had met with another estate sale company prior to contracting with Atomic, who said there wasn't enough for them to bother with! We did much better than anticipated.. Great people at Atomic!
