Final day Sunday everything must go! 75% off everything inside the home and in the workshop! Still tons of great things left! Furniture (adjustable queen bed with remote, dressers, gentleman's chest, arts and crafts secretary, 4 chair and bench, like new bunk beds+++), dishes and other kitchenware, laundry and bathroom items,  collectibles, tons of blu ray, dvd and vhs movies. Lots of books and tons of clothing in the house. Tons of tools, hardware, some collectibles including a few knives, gun related items and other garage type items in the workshop!

 This is the much anticipated part 2 of this estate. The first sale was very successful and we were able to move many of items that were mostly contents inside the huge workshop that was packed full. This portion of the sale will include everything including the rest of the contents inside the workshop at a reduced price from the first sale and we will be adding tons more from some of the out buildings to pack it again. We will also be including all of the contents inside the home which includes a Mossberg Maverick 88 shortened 18" barrel pump action 12ga shotgun and a Stevens model 79 shortened 19" barrel pump action 20ga shotgun, a nice heavy duty key and Tumbler dual lock gun/valuables safe, GE French Door fridge freezer w/water&ice, LG direct drive washer and gas dryer (these appliances are still like new), like new queen adjustable bed with wireless remote, full size bed with very cool 80's headboard, brand new bunk beds beautiful vintage dressers and nightstands, lamps, computer desk, long drop leaf coffee table, large Samsung flat screen television, 4 chair and bench dining table, computer like new with wiped Hard drive, antique Victrola Electrola cabinet record player with a catalog of records (working condition unknown, selling as is), beautiful arts and crafts mahogany secretary cabinet with Stained Glass door, antique Singer tredle sewing machine, tons of dvd's, blu-rays, and vhs movies, some cd's and cassettes, lots of Christmas Decor mostly vintage, regular household items including Cookware, tableware, kitchenware, small appliances, canned goods and other pantry food items and other kitchen items like utensils, knives, kitchen tools, junk drawer items and cleaning products plus more. Lots of bathroom and beauty products. Lots of laundry items like cleaning products, laundry detergents, lightbulbs and etc...Tons of Books mostly vintage novels, tons of men's and women's clothing shoes and accessories. A bunch of men's vintage trucker hats, some cowboy hats and some men's vintage clothing mostly large and xtra large shirts/coats, 38/32 and 40/32 jeans and size 11 shoes. Tons of women's clothing lots of Levi's and other high quality tasteful and fashionable pieces mostly size medium and large shirts/coats and some extra large, size 6, 8, 10 and 12 pants and size 6.5 to 7 shoes and also tons of accessories like hats, belts and some jewelry both men's and women's including some sterling pieces! Also lots of small collectibles Retro, Mid Century and Antique inside the house as well as in the workshop. There will also be lots of items on the patio including vintage patio furniture, outdoor wall art metal sculptures, some outdoor Christmas including a huge handmade rebar wall wreath, potted plants, Soleri bell and much more similar patio type items. We will also be selling a 2008 Toyota 4Runner with higher miles but almost all highway and regularly serviced more than expected with records! Most of the items in the workshop will be garage type items, collectibles, tools and some decorative. There's too much to list or even photograph so you must come see for yourself. We will have a checkout station in the home as well as in the workshop. There will be something for everybody in both the house and the workshop. Everything must go so we will be conducting a 4 day sale with our regular discounts on day 2 and 3 and we will be discounting everything else 75% off on the final day and possibly better towards the end of the day what's left.
