The entrance to the community is just South of E Doubletree Ranch Road off N Invergordon Rd at Invergordon Rd and E Calle Bruvira. GATE CODE- #1674. Once through the gate continue straight to N Sendero Tres M then turn right. The house will be on the left.
This is a fantastic sale with some incredible and rare finds.
To start there are two vehicles for sale:

The second is a collector's car, a 1988 Cadillac Allante Convertible -SOLD
A note on the Allante. It is a convertible with the soft top, but there is also a hard top, which has not been on the vehicle except when the vehicle was originally purchased. The hard top is in storage.
This vehicle is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, NO MERCHANDISE GUARANTEES, NO REFUNDS. You must have a Valid driver's license and fill out a Bill of Sale before you will receive the keys. There are also vintage car whiskey bottles, which still have the whiskey in them. You will find everything from high quality audio, such as a Denon AV Reciever, JBL speakers, and a Samsung UHD TV to All Clad kitchen cookware and bakeware. Furniture includes terrific a La-Z-Boy Sofa and Loveseat and two La-Z-Boy recliners. There is even a vintage Italian Art Glass Chandelier for sale-not sure if it is Murano, but a magnificent piece for sure. There are many nice pieces of artwork, including an original watercolor titled Carousel Dancers by Kathleen Mullen.
There are two vintage Trek bicycles, bicycle parts and tools, Saris bike storage racks, and a garage full of high quality tools.
