When I was in charge of the estate for my family, I was overwhelmed and worried. I wanted to make sure that it all went well and was organized in an efficient manner. Dear Jennifer & Robert:
Thank you so much, once again, for all of your support and help with the 3-day estate sale at my mother’s property in Phoenix, AZ. The estate sale held August 18-20, 2016 was a huge success due to the hard work of your company’s representatives. Thank you for allowing us to add items from our house to my mother’s items creating a larger pool of merchandise and encouraging buyers to visit the sale. As you know, the process of clearing out my mother’s house was emotionally difficult for our family. Although it was a necessary process, it came with sadness attached. Both of you, along with all of your staff members, were extremely thoughtful and understanding of the difficulties facing our family’s situation. We were impressed with your operational organization during pre-sale sorting/research/pricing/staging, throughout the 3-day sale, and post-sale.
In our minds, the sale was a huge success with the majority of items being sold. We had planned on spending most of the day post-sale boxing up left-over items for transport to a donation facility. We were elated that your staff took care of that task so quickly, reducing the amount of work that we needed to accomplish before final closing on the house, less than 48 hours after the end of the estate sale. We were completely done with an empty and clean house by 4:30pm, less than 5 hours post-sale.
We hope that it will be a long time before we need the assistance of a professional estate sale company again, but please know that you have our business the next time we are in need.
