We do not pre sell once the sale is advertised! We will answer questions asked about prices if we are able to. As with any Sale all items are being sold as is. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This sale is in Phoenix so please expect to pay a 8.6% sales tax rate (No Exeptions) unless you have a current up to date retail tax license with you and can present it upon purchase. We will accept most forms of payment with the exception of a personal check. If you are paying with a credit card then please expect to pay an additional 3% fee (no additional fee for cash,
zelle or venmo payments). Please ask about delivery for larger items that we can deliver within Maricopa County for a reasonable fee depending on the item and location. Please bring help for loading large or heavy items.

We are not responsible for accidents and some of the sales we host can have alot of steps, we try to mark all the steps with caution tape but please be careful and watch your step and please be kind and courteous to the other shoppers around you, Thanks.

When coming early you must stay at the sale after you put your marker down. You can place your marker down and go to your vehicle to wait. If you leave the general area in your car then you lose your place in line unless if you have more than one in your party and at least one person stays at the sale until you return. Basically you cannot leave a marker down then leave to get something to eat or go home and rest and expect your marker to still be down. If we don't remove it then other people in line probably will and we will take the side of the people that stayed at the sale in the line or in their vehicle. Thanks for understanding!
