Curated Estates - Estate Sale Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

By participating in an estate sale conducted by Curated Estates, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all in-person estate sales and private sales.

2. All Sales Are Final
• All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is” with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. Please inspect items before purchasing.

3. Payment & Sales Tax
• Accepted payment methods include cash & credit/debit cards processed via Tap to Pay, Apple Pay/digital payments. Checks are not accepted.
• Applicable sales tax will be collected unless the buyer provides a valid resale certificate.

4. Item Pick-Up & Removal
• Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items by the designated deadline.
• Failure to pick up items may result in forfeiture without refund.
• Buyers must bring their own packing materials, tools, and labor for heavy or bulky items.

5. Liability & Risk
• Buyers enter the premises at their own risk. Curated Estates and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage.
• Buyers assume all responsibility for purchased items upon payment.

6. Prohibited Conduct
• Theft, price manipulation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Offenders will be reported to authorities and banned from future sales.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

7. Estate Sale Cancellation or Changes
• Curated Estates reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any sale without prior notice.

8. Privacy Policy
• Any personal information collected (such as for invoicing or email lists) will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By attending or purchasing from a Curated Estates sale, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Curated by Christina LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any one.
