This is an incredible estate in the exclusive Desert Mountain community. To start we have a 1997 Jaguar XK8 with only 25,637 miles and a Seeburg restored Model G 100 selection 45rpm jukebox (c.1953).There are amazing bronze sculptures by Sid Burns, Boyle, Josef Dvorak, and others. There are serval large Santa Clara pots by Margaret Tafoya and there is incredible original artwork by Clauzade, Diane Moon, Richard Soderman, Susan Newcomb, Joni Falk, and John Asaro just to name a few. Also for sale are a large number of limited edition serigraphs & lithographs by Tarkay, Nechita, LeRoy Neiman and others. This beautiful home is also full of fantastic furnishings, a large die cast car collection, wonderful antique pieces, and so much more!

This sale is Absolutely Incredible and is located in the Beautiful Desert Mountain community in Scottsdale. The ONLY way you will be able to attend this sale is to SIGN UP FOR A TIME SLOT. The Sign Up List will be posted here as well as sent to our EMAIL subscribers by September 6th, 2023. You can visit https://www.estateintime.com at the bottom of our home page to sign up for our email list.

There are RULES YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST FOLLOW or you will not be able to attend this sale.

1. You must be on the list with your FIRST AND LAST NAME & VALID EMAIL ADDRESS for a specific time that you choose. You must enter the guard gate within the 30 minute time frame surrounding your time slot. You will be on a list to enter and the guard will have access to that list. If you are NOT on the list, you will not be granted access to the community. We must have your EMAIL to send you further notices about this sale.

2. You must show a photo ID to enter the gate. You will not be allowed to use a digital ID and will be turned away if you don't have your photo ID.

3. You must state the ADDRESS of the sale and the NAME OF THE ADDRESSEE FOR ENTRANCE.

4. DO NOT SPEED-this community has patrol and even if you go 2 mph over the speed limit, you will get a ticket. It's a beautiful community-enjoy the drive.

5. Once you arrive at the home, park only on the home side of the street. We want to make sure emergency vehicles have the ability to get through to the residences should that need arise.

6. Once at the home, you can stay as long as you like. We have extended the hours of this sale from 9:00am-3:00pm due to the circumstances surrounding this sale. Should you purchase a large item, you will be allowed back into the community for pick up.
