We will accept most forms of payment with the exception of a personal check. If you are paying with a credit card then please expect to pay an additional 3% fee (no additional fee for cash,
zelle or venmo payments). Please ask about delivery for larger items that we can deliver within Maricopa County for a reasonable fee depending on the item and location. Please bring help for loading large or heavy items.
We are not responsible for accidents and some of the sales we host can have alot of steps, we try to mark all the steps with caution tape but please be careful and watch your step and please be kind and courteous to the other shoppers around you, Thanks.
When coming early you must stay at the sale after you put your marker down. You can place your marker down and go to your vehicle to wait. If you leave the general area in your car then you lose your place in line unless you have more than one in your party and at least one person stays at the sale until you return. Basically you cannot leave a marker down then leave to get something to eat or go home and rest and expect your marker to still be down. If we don't remove it then other people in line probably will and we will take the side of the people that stayed at the sale in the line or in their vehicle. Thanks for understanding!

We will update this ad as we find more treasures and this estate is in a trust which is allowing a family member to come in a week before the sale starts to collect a list of items. We might have to update the ad after the family member retrieves the items because we have a pretty good idea what they are supposed to be taking but we're not sure if they'll take everything they listed or if they decide they want some other items that we already described in this ad. We will update the ad with any changes so please check back regularly especially within a few days before the sale starts. We will try to keep this sale as scheduled but due to this unforseen issue with the family member, we may have to postpone the sale for a week or two. Thank you for your patience😁
As always we price to sell on the first day but we will have our regular discounts on the second and third day as well.
