We do not pre sell once the sale is advertised! We will answer questions asked about prices if we are able to. As with any Sale all items are being sold as is. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This sale is in Surprise so please expect to pay a
8.5% sales tax rate (No Exeptions) unless you have a current up to date retail tax license with you and can present it upon purchase. We will accept most forms of payment with the exception of a personal check. If you are paying with a credit card then please expect to pay an additional 3% fee (no additional fee for cash,
zelle or venmo payments). Please ask about delivery for larger items that we can deliver within Maricopa County for a reasonable fee depending on the item and location. Please bring help for loading large or heavy items.

We are not responsible for accidents and some of the sales we host can have alot of steps, we try to mark all the steps with caution tape but please be careful and watch your step and please be kind and courteous to the other shoppers around you, Thanks.

When coming early you must stay at the sale after you put your marker down. You can place your marker down and go to your vehicle to wait. If you leave the general area in your car then you lose your place in line unless you have more than one in your party and at least one person stays at the sale until you return. Basically you cannot leave a marker down then leave to get something to eat or go home and rest and expect your marker to still be down. If we don't remove it then other people in line probably will and we will take the side of the people that stayed at the sale in the line or in their vehicle. Thanks for understanding!

House in Surprise Full of vintage and modern furniture and decor!

Mostly women's clothing, Shoes and accessories but also some men's and some vintage pieces!

Collectibles and jewelry.

2 Guns that will be kept offsite except during sales days and hours. The guns are:

#1 North American Arms mini .22 magnum 5 shot revolver

#2 Lee Enfield .303 British bolt action rifle that uses 7.7×56mm rimmed cartridge similar to the 30-06 and Winchester .308 in performance making it an ideal hunting rifle. Uses a 10 shot cartridge but we haven't found that as of yet and due to it's age we are selling it as is.

Tons of Cd's, cassettes and records including alot of classic rock and heavy metal such as Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Kiss, Dio, There's a rare Smiths record, the cult record, culture club records, Rainbow, white snake and many more... too much to list. These records will be priced accordingly but also priced to sell on the first day.

There's tons of Christmas including some vintage And many outdoor Christmas decor items!

Kitchenware and barware including many vintage pieces!

There are some tools and other garage/yard tool items but these items will be moved from the garage to the back patio.

There are many unique items in this house from years of collecting and traveling mostly back and forth to England but there are also other international Collectibles as well. Also worth noting, the family moved here from New York so there Also many New York related items and Collectibles in the home.

As always we price to sell on the first day but we will have our regular discounts on the second and third day as well. We hope to see everybody there, our regulars and new faces too 😁
