A sign-up sheet will be posted 2 hours before the opening of the first day of the sale for those who wish to show up early. Ours will be the only list honored. You must be in line to be put on the list. One name per person, no holding spots (with boxes, bags or otherwise). No list will be used on any day besides the first day. Please return 10 minutes prior to opening. This property is under 24/7 video surveillance, please do not bother the homeowner and keep conversation low as to not disturb the neighbors.
