We are NOT responsible for any accidents. You enter estate properties at your own risk!!!
We do accept Debit, Mastercard & Visa on purchases over $20. Cash is better. NO checks please.
We do not PRE-sell items. We cannot hold items. Please come to the sale if you are interested in purchasing items.
For the sake of the client, we request once you put an item in the hold area or in your box, it is your's. Please be sure you want it before claiming it.
Buyer is responsible to disassemble and load their purchases.
Please be prepared to move purchased items off site by the end of the sale on Sunday.
Please be prepared to load & haul your own purchased items. We are not responsible for your items, loading or otherwise.
Once purchased, we are not responsible for the item. If we are helping load, store or move them, it is your ultimate responsibility. We are not responsible for your purchased item, your car or items in your car. We are not responsible for securing or straping down your items.
All purchase are final. Please be prepared to test, check, & review your item thoroughly before purchasing.
There are no public restrooms.
No large bags please (except if you are using one to shop) all bags are subject to search.
We have had HUGE TURNOVER at the Warehouse!!!! A huge THANK YOU to all of you who participated in our first (of many) online live auctions...which opened up a ton of room for two new estates! Also, we want to say thank you to those of you who were concerned about the business and thought we were closing our doors due to the auction-style sale last weekend. Quite the contrary!!! We have ADDED this auction-style service so we can better facilitate qualifying estates and we wanted to “test” it at our home base at the warehouse.
Anyhoo...due to the large turnover, we are a little behind schedule. Check out the pictures to see more of the items and details. WE WILL BE LOADING EVAN MORE PICTURES EACH DAY AS WE FINISH GETTING READY FOR THE WEEKEND!! But for now, here is a really short list:

**OUR sign up list will be put out Friday night at the sale site. This will be the only sign up sheet used for Saturday morning. There is no need to show up earlier and start your own. Unfortunately, any lists started prior to “ours” will be discarded and the names will not be transferred on to “our” list as we have done in the past. A new sign up list will be put out for Sunday morning’s entrance.
A FEW THING TO REMEMBER:
- Since we are busy putting final touches on the sale, PLEASE so not call, email or text regard pricing or dimension You all know I price TO SELL...so if you like something, know it is probably a really fair price and you should just “come on down” and BUY IT!! :)
- We do NOT presell. We do NOT post-sell. Purchased items need to be picked up during sale hours.
- Please bring loading assistance! Disassembly/removing of items is the buyers responsibility. We will assist when possible but please do not count on it.
****We will have a few shopper’s requirements to be sure we uphold the County Health Requirements:
- Please do NOT attend if you are: Feeling sick, Have any COVID symptoms, or been someone who has had COVID!!
- No matter your vaccination status, a mask or face covering must be worn properly while on our property or in line to enter our property.
- Maintain a 6’ distance while waiting in line to purchase or enter the property.
- We will have hand sanitizer at the entrance, please sanitize before entering the property.

ADDRESS: 975 Detroit Ave. #E, Concord. This is our warehouse. It is on the corner of Detroit and Whitman (behind Costco). Our warehouse complex is in an “L” shape. We are in the corner of the “L” behind a metal rolling gate which will be open for the sale.

The ITEMS are way too many and I am late in getting this out, so I have kept this short...BUT see the pictures with MORE TO COME Thursday AND Friday.....CHECK OUT THE PICTURES
As always, we will have a sign up list out at the front gate for the early arrivals. When the doors open at 9:00, we will begin letting people in by the list first. Feel free to relax until then.
