For the sake of the client, we request once you put an item in the hold area or in your box, it is your's. Please be sure you want it before claiming it.
Buyer is responsible to disassemble and load their purchases.
Please be prepared to move purchased items off site by the end of the sale on Sunday.
Please be prepared to load & haul your own purchased items. We are not responsible for your items, loading or otherwise.
Once purchased, we are not responsible for the item. If we are helping load, store or move them, it is your ultimate responsibility. We are not responsible for your purchased item, your car or items in your car. We are not responsible for securing or straping down your items.

All jewelry is removed from the property after hours, police have been alerted to make visits during the evening, and property is under 24/7 video security surveillance.
We are processing this estate liquidation via an LIVE ONLINE AUCTION! This format will allow you to buy in LOTS and BID on items you are interested in. The auction is online only and the bidding is between you and other online bidders, facilitated by our online auction platform. You will witness the auction happening just like an in-person auction but from the convenience of your home, office or wherever you choose to be!
The Auction is accepting bids NOW and will begin to “Soft Close” SATURDAY 1/22/22 at 10:00am!! Feel free to check it out and bid when you are ready!

Some of the “tricks”...you can pre-bid on items throughout the week prior to the auction and then the final bidding will happen at the LIVE ONLINE AUCTION date specified. We recommend if you really like an item, you place a MAX bid (this is the most you are willing to pay for the item and the auction platform will automatically bid for you up to that amount in predetermined increments) on it OR logging in 10 minutes prior to the start of the LIVE ONLINE auction to be ready to bid on the item.
It’s easy....
1. Register/login at our site and click on the auction you would like to join. Click on the item(s) you like and bid.
2. If you want to see the items “live”, come to the PREVIEW hours.
3. If you win an item, pick it up at your convenience during PICK-UP hours noted.
In-Person Preview: Saturday (1/22) 8:00-10:00 am
Live ONLINE Auction: Saturday (1/22) 10:00am - whenever
Pick up: Saturday (1/22) 1:00-5:00pm and Sunday (1/23) 9:00am-Noon ONLY.
Property is in Concord. Full address will be released 2 hours prior to the preview.
****For the Preview and Pick-ups, we have a few requirements to uphold the County Health Requirements:
- Please do NOT attend if you are: Feeling sick, Have any COVID symptoms, or been someone who has had COVID!!
- A mask or face covering must be worn properly while on our property. You will not be able to enter without one. We will not be providing them.
- Maintain a 6’ distance while waiting in line to purchase or enter the property.
- We will have hand sanitizer at the entrance, please feel free to use it if you’d like.
