Hello all!
RAIN OR SHINE…We have the FINAL SALE OF THE 2022 this coming weekend. Come and find that last minute or hard to find gift, home holiday decor “pop” or something to make you the “hostess with the most-est”. We are ready for the HOLIDAYS...SANTA’s WORKSHOP is in full swing!! Sports Memorabilia, Jewelry (silver, gold & costume), Sterling silver flatware and serving pieces, Holiday decor, and tons of home & kitchen goods just in time for all the HOLIDAY Fun, Food & Friends!!
All jewelry is removed from the property after hours, police have been alerted to make home visits during the evening, and property is under 24/7 video security surveillance.
OUR sign up list will be put out Friday night at the sale site. This will be the only sign up sheet used for Saturday morning. There is no need to show up earlier and start your own. Unfortunately, any lists started prior to “ours” will be discarded and the names will not be transferred on to “our” list as we have done in the past. A new sign up list will be put out for Sunday morning’s entrance.
A FEW THING TO REMEMBER:
1. Since we are busy putting final touches on the sale, PLEASE so not call, email or text regard pricing or dimension You all know I price TO SELL...so if you like something, know it is probably a really fair price and you should just “come on down” and BUY IT!! :)
2. We do NOT presell. We do NOT post-sell. Purchased items need to be picked up during sale hours.
3. Please bring loading assistance! Disassembly/removing of items is the buyers responsibility.
